Boyle, record owners, who seek the following variances from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required: 1) Reduce the north side setback from 4 feet to .74 feet to construct a deck; 2) Reduce the rear yard setback from 4 feet to .97 feet to construct a deck and stairs; 3) Reduce the south street side yard setback from 7.5 feet to 3.0 feet to construct stairs; 4) Reduce the east street setback from 16 feet to 9.37 feet to alleviate the nonconforming status of the existing house. The subject property is located at 42918 N. Janette Street, Antioch, Illinois and is approximately 0.08 acres.
