On Oct. 29, Jamm Investments Inc. purchased a home at 8054 S. Clyde Ave. Hse, Chicago from Michael Reeves (trustee) and Michael S. Reeves (trust) for $150,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,311.58, 0.87% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 38 properties sold in South Chicago.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael S. Reeves has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including 11 Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 8054 S. Clyde Ave. Hse as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael S. Reeves, 86, and Patricia A. Reeves, 82.
