In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,801.96, which is 1.4% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $15,000 on June 22, 2010.

This property is one of two sales so far in Lawndale in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 4034 W. Grenshaw St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terry James, Tony D. Hayes, 38, Yvette Denise Jones, 57, Jamika Shantrell Wells, 37, and Tony S. Hayes, 61.
