On Nov. 29, Thomas Pontarelli purchased a home at 5851 N. Keating Ave., Chicago from Thomas Pontarelli (trustee) and Thomas D. Pontarelli (trust) for $445,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,616.19, 2.61% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, three properties sold in Sauganash.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 5851 N. Keating Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary a Pontarelli, 95, and Lauren A. Raizk, 36.
