Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval of the purchase of a 7500 Series Handheld Meter Reader from Core & Main, Belvidere, Illinois at a cost not to exceed $8,000.00 from line item 5285 Water. This is the only handheld reader that reads both old and new meters/MXU’s. (This is the single source supplier for this specialized equipment).
2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval of the Downtown Infrastructure Improvement Project (using DECO Funding).
3. Motion that the Committee of the Whole approve $600.00 for the 2022 Easter Candy Scramble, to be held on April 16, 2022 from line item 5260 Buildings and Grounds.

2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval to order two Ford Explorer Police Interceptor squad cars from Currie Motors, Franklin, Illinois under the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Agreement at a cost not to exceed $85,000.00 from line item 5420 Capital Improvements, paid upon delivery during the FY 2022/2023 Budget.
3. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval to purchase a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado from Bachrodt Auto Mall, Rockford, Illinois at a cost of $46,970.00 from line item 5420 Capital Improvements.
