5901 N. Melvina Ave., Chicago sold by Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (trustee)

On Dec. 28, Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (trustee) sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 5901 N. Melvina Ave., Chicago to Klaudia and Darius Prusfalcon for $350,000.

So far in December 2021, seven properties sold in Norwood Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dennis E. Muczynski, 76, was the only registered voter residing at 5901 N. Melvina Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
