On Dec. 28, Benny an and Amy Luong purchased a home at 6804 N. Central Ave., Chicago from Onofrio Sciddurlo (trustee), Sciddurlo Tommaso (trust) and Michael Sciddurlo (trustee) for $380,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,221.93, 1.9% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of six sales so far in Edgebrook in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Onofrio Sciddurlo has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Tommaso Sciddurlo has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
