On Dec. 28, Ep Palatine Inc. purchased a home at 7251 W. Palatine Ave., Chicago from Steven Antkowiak (trustee), Cindy Langley (trustee) and Eleanor F. Antkowiak (trust) for $306,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,588.39, 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, seven properties sold in Norwood Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cindy M Langley has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Democratic Primaries. Cindy Langley has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7251 W. Palatine Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cindy M Langley, 62, Cindy Langley, and Jessica A. McDonald, 30.
