NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter II, Section A of the Code of the Chicago Park District and due to the COVID-19 health emergency and to protect our Board Members, Chicago Park District staff, and members of the public, NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Hearing on the proposed 2021 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE will be held on February 16, 2022 at 11:20 AM virtually via an electronic platform.
To protect the public’s health and in adherence with Senate Bill 2135, Article 15, Section 15-5 and the Amended Open Meetings Act 5ILCS 120 Section (7) Subsection (e), (4) and in continued adherence of the Governor’s COVID-19 Executive Order No. 97 and Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation filed on January 7, 2022 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the District will conduct its Public Hearing virtually via an electronic platform.
