On Jan. 25, Robert Brubaker and Louie and Wendy Barcello purchased a home at 7140 N. Ozark Ave. Hse, Chicago from Michael and Ronald Brubaker for $325,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,395.63. This is 1.66% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, three properties sold in Edison Park.
