On Jan. 31, Sow Comm Dev Corp. purchased a home at 5526 N. Nagle Ave., Chicago from Fannie Mae and Federal National Mortgage Association for $280,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,144.80, 1.48% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 4, 2003. It last sold for $235,000.

This property is the only sale in Union Ridge so far in January 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Concetta E. Militello, 45, was the only registered voter residing at 5526 N. Nagle Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
