On Jan. 27, Byline Bank sold their commercial property at 2935 W. Peterson Ave., Chicago to Nare 2935 LLC and Mars 2935 LLC for $1,100,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $28,754.81, 2.61% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 11 properties sold in West Rogers Park.
