West Pullman home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in West Pullman, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 89.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 78.8 percent increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in West Pullman in April 2021.

The median sales tax in West Pullman for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,184, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
