Austin median home prices fell by 32.1% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Austin , a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 81.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 32.1 percent decrease from the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Austin in April 2021.
