South Deering home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in South Deering, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 76.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,500 - a 10.2 percent increase over the $68,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in South Deering in April 2021.
