Lincoln Park median home prices rose by 0.9% in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Lincoln Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 91.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 0.9 percent increase over the $530,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 197 homes sold in Lincoln Park in May 2021.
