South Loop home prices rose in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in South Loop , a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $45,250 while total sales decreased by 93.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $428,750 - an 11.8 percent increase over the $383,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in South Loop in May 2021.
