Scottsdale median home prices rose by 20.4% in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Scottsdale, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $44,500 while total sales decreased by 73.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,500 - a 20.4 percent increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Scottsdale in May 2021.
