Rising home prices in Austin in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Austin , a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 71.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 1.2 percent increase over the $207,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Austin in May 2021.
