Pricing for the median home in West Pullman decreased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in West Pullman, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 80.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - an 18.9 percent decrease from the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in West Pullman in May 2021.
