Narrative: The above offender was arrested on September 26, 2022, in the 100 block of W. Lake. He was identified as the offender who, on June 3, 2022, took personal property from a 44-year-old male while riding a Blue Line train in the 0-100 block of S. Dearborn (1st District). Additionally, the offender is charged in connection to a July 11, 2022 theft that also occurred on public transit in the 100 block of W. Lake (1st District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
