Narrative: The three offenders were arrested on November 16, 2022, at 1:02 a.m., in the 3600 block of W. Cermak. They were identified as the offenders who, minutes earlier, implied a weapon and attempted to forcefully take a vehicle from a 25-year-old male in the 1900 block of S. Central Park (10th District). The offenders then took the victim’s personal belongings and fled. Responding officers quickly located the offenders, who were placed into custody and charged accordingly.
