Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on November 19, 2022, in the 1500 block of S. Fairfield. He was identified as the offender who, on November 12, 2022, shot and seriously injured a 47-year-old male in the 3900 block of W. 16th St. (10th District). The offender was placed into custody without incident and charged accordingly.
