Narrative: The above offender was arrested on November 22, 2022, in the 1700 block of S. State. He was identified as the offender who, on September 18, 2021, left the scene of a traffic crash that critically injured a 35-year-old female in the 300 block of E. 47th St. (2nd District). The offender turned himself in to police and was subsequently charged accordingly.
