Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on December 1, 2022, in the 7500 block of S. Luella. He was identified as the offender who, on November 12, 2022, shot and seriously injured a 32-year-old female in the 600 block of W. 74th St. (7th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
