Narrative: The offender was arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on December 6, 2022, at 4:25 p.m. He was identified as one of the offenders who, less than 90 minutes earlier, took a vehicle at gunpoint from a 53-year-old male at a gas station in the 8600 block of S. Stony Island. Officers located the vehicle and observed the above offender inside. He was then placed into custody and charged accordingly.
