Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on December 10, 2022, in the 6900 block of N. Sheridan Rd. He was identified as the offender who shot and killed a 15-year-old female, 44-year-old male, and seriously injuring a 38-year-old male, on November 20, 2022, in the 5800 block of W. Augusta Blvd. (15th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
