Narrative: The offender was arrested on December 12, 2022, in the 600 block of W. State St. in Rockford, Illinois. He was identified as the offender responsible for a fatal vehicle crash that occurred on June 20, 2021, in the 3900 block of S. State (2nd District). The offender was driving recklessly and at a high rate of speed and collided with another vehicle, killing a 4-month-old male and a 32-year-old female.
The offender was subsequently charged accordingly and has been directly indicted.
