About the Crimes: (CPD RD# JF453752) On October 29, 2022 at approximately 0650 hours, in the vicinity of the 100 block of North Wabash Ave., an unknown male black subject wearing a gray skull cap with a ball on top, long red scarf, poss. grey shirt or hooded sweatshirt, black suit jacket/pea coat, dark pants, black shoes attempted to approach a female victim at which time she dodged and blocked him. He then continued East on Lake St. where seconds later he approached an additional female victim, chased her into the street and touched the victim's breasts and buttocks. The unknown male subject fled the scene westbound on Lake St.
