Narrative: The above offender was arrested on December 12, 2022, in the 1700 block of S. State. He was identified as the offender who, on November 26, 2022, was driving in the 2900 block of E. 87th St. (4th District) and struck a 71-year-old male pedestrian, causing serious injuries. The offender then fled the scene. He later turned himself in to police and was subsequently charged accordingly.
