Narrative: The above offender was arrested on December 13, 2022, in the 600 block of Honey Creek Dr. in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was identified as the offender responsible for a fatal traffic crash that occurred on July 21, 2022, in the 5700 block of N. Broadway (20th District). The offender was driving recklessly and under the influence when he crashed, killing his passenger, a 20-year-old male. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
