Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on December 14, 2022, in the 800 block of W. 99th St. He was identified as the offender who shot and killed a 30- year-old male on September 24, 2022, in the 11800 block of S. Hale (22nd District).
The offender was placed into custody without incident and charged accordingly.
