Narrative: The above offender was arrested on December 18, 2022, at 12:49 a.m., in the 4100 block of W. 26th Street. He was positively identified as one of the offenders who, less than 30 minutes earlier, battered and robbed a 44-year-old male victim at gunpoint in the 2500 block of S. Keeler Ave. (10th District). The offender was located by responding officers, at which time he was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
