Narrative: The above offender was arrested on January 3, 2023, at 7:45 p.m., in the 1900 block of W. Ogden Ave. He was identified as one of the offenders who, earlier that day, participated in the fatal shooting of a 45-year-old male at a gas station in the 1100 block of W. 63rd St. (7th District). A 36-year-old-male was also shot and injured. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
