Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Area One Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on January 5, 2023, in the 5700 block of S. May. He was identified as the second offender who displayed a firearm and forcefully took a vehicle and other belongings from an 18-year-old male on October 13, 2022, in the 3500 block of W. 65th Pl. (8th District). The offender also struck the victim in the face with the firearm during the incident, causing injuries. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
