Personal Injury Traffic Crash | CPD
About the Crime:
On Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 at about 9:00 p.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the intersection of 71st Street and Wentworth Avenue. The pedestrian suffered critical injuries. The vehicle failed to stop at the scene to render aid and exchange information. Per witnesses, the striking vehicle may be a black in color four door sedan that continued to travel southbound on Wentworth Avenue. It is unknown if the vehicle has any damage, but some front end damage could be expected. The Chicago Police Department needs the help of the community to solve this Hit and Run.
