Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on January 12, 2023, in the 700 block of N. Russell Rd. in DeKalb, Illinois. He was identified as the offender who, on July 21, 2022, shot and injured an 18-year-old female and a 20-year-old female in the 3400 block of W. Madison (11th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
