Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on January 17, 2023, in the 1100 block of S. Hamilton. He was identified as one of the offenders who took a vehicle by force at gunpoint from a 41-year-old male victim on December 8, 2022, in the 3500 block of E. 109th St. (4th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
