Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Area One Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on January 18, 2023, in the 1100 block of S. Hamilton. He was identified as the second offender who took a vehicle at gunpoint from a 31-yearold female victim on December 2, 2022, in the 4400 block of S. Albany (9th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
