About This Crime
On Tuesday January 17, 2023, at approximately 06:40 P.M., a 15 year old female juvenile was walking on the 2000 Block of North Karlov Avenue when an unknown male White Hispanic attempted to lure her. The juvenile, in fear, fled to a local business for shelter and called police.
About The Offender
- The offender was described as a male white Hispanic, approximately 30-40 years of age, with grey hair. The unknown male wore a black scarf partially covering his face and a black jacket. No further description.
- Be aware of this situation and alert your neighbors.
- Call 911 to report any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity in your neighborhood.
- Do not let children walk alone. Identify safe havens along your child's route to school, such as businesses or trusted neighbors.
