Narrative: The above offenders were arrested by the Chicago Police Department on January 27, 2023, at 8:08 p.m., in the 200 block of N. Latrobe Ave. They were positively identified as the offenders who, approximately one hour earlier, took a vehicle at gunpoint from a 53-year-old female victim in the 3300 block of W. 83rd Pl. (8th District). The offenders were placed into custody and charged accordingly.
