Narrative: The above offender was arrested on January 30, 2023, in the 1100 block of S. Hamlin. He was identified as one of the offenders who, on January 14, 2023, took a vehicle by force at gunpoint from a 35-year-old female in the 7600 block of S. Cicero (8th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
