Narrative: The above offender was arrested on January 30, 2023, in the 3300 block of W. Huron. He was identified as the offender who entered two retail stores in the 14th District on multiple occasions and took merchandise for total losses greater than $4,300. The incidents occurred:
- July 30, 2022 – 2400 block of N. Sacramento
- November 28, 2022 – 2600 block of N. Elston
- January 6, 2023 – 2400 block of N. Sacramento
- January 24, 2023 – 2400 block of N. Sacramento
- January 28, 2023 – 2400 block of N. Sacramento
The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
