Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on January 30, 2023, in the 6500 block of S. Francisco. He was identified as the offender who sexually abused and unlawfully restrained a 25-year-old female on August 8, 2021. He is also charged in connection to the criminal sexual assault of a 17-year-old female on April 16, 2022, and the aggravated criminal sexual abuse and unlawful restraint of a 42-year-old female on August 1, 2022. The incidents all occurred when the offender was working as a tattoo artist in the 6500 block of S. Francisco (8th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
