Charge: One (1) felony count – Vehicular Hijacking
Narrative: The above offender was arrested on January 31, 2023, at 7:12 p.m., in the 1700 block of W. 19th St. He was identified as one of the offenders who, less than an hour earlier, took a vehicle by force from a 27-year-old female in the 2800 block of N. Broadway (19th District). Responding officers quickly located the offender, who was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
