Narrative: The above offender was arrested on February 13, 2023, in the 2100 block of S. St. Louis. Moments earlier, and while in possession of a firearm, he fled from officers conducting an investigatory stop in the 2100 block of S. St. Louis (10th District). Officers pursued the offender, at which time one officer discharged his service weapon, striking him. The offender was subsequently placed into custody and charged accordingly.
