Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on February 14, 2023 in the 2000 block of W. Arthur Ave at approximately 5:15 p.m. He was positively identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, forcefully took property from a 21-year-old male victim in the 6400 block of N. Hoyne Ave. (24th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
