Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on February 15, 2023, in the 0-100 block of Plaza Dr. in Woodridge, Illinois. He was identified as the offender who, on August 30, 2022 at approximately 6:48 p.m. shot and seriously injured a 34-year-old male in the 4000 block of W. Madison St. (11th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
