Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Great Lakes Fugitive Taskforce and Chicago Police Department on February 15, 2023 in the 0-100 block of 156th in Calumet City, Illinois. He was positively identified as the offender who, on January 21, 2023 at approximately 3:30 p.m., fatally stabbed a 21-year-old female victim in the 11100 block of S. Vernon Ave. (5th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
