Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force on February 16, 2023 in the 2700 block of S. California Blvd. He was positively identified as the offender who, on January 18, 2023 at approximately 6:46 p.m., fatally shot a 36-year-old male victim in the 3200 block of W. Cortez St. (11th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
